sagjii Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the sagjii online casino platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using sagjii, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and sagjii ("sagjii," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the sagjii platform. Continued use of sagjii following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
01 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" means the sagjii website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, game lobbies, and account management tools accessible at sagjii.com.
- "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon completing the sagjii registration process.
- "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player using real-money funds held in their sagjii Account balance.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by sagjii under a specific promotional offer.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the sagjii Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by sagjii prior to processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
02 Eligibility & Age Verification
Access to and use of the sagjii Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a sagjii Account.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of sagjii, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Age Verification: sagjii reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds voided. Real Money Balances will be returned to the payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section. sagjii reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
03 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the sagjii Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. sagjii is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued via SMS. You must not share your credentials with any third party. sagjii will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
3.4 Account Currency
All sagjii Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
Note: If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify sagjii immediately by contacting our support team. sagjii will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
sagjii currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. sagjii does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by sagjii at its discretion.
4.3 Processing Times
- GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation.
- Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically reflect within 2–4 business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the respective banks.
- Withdrawal requests are processed by sagjii within 24–48 hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your Account, or to a verified account in your own name. sagjii reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotional terms.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
sagjii is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. sagjii reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation in connection with large or unusual transactions.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by sagjii are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% will be weighted accordingly toward the wagering requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
sagjii reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially.

06 Gameplay Rules
6.1 Game Availability
The sagjii game library — including live dealer tables, slots, and bingo rooms — is subject to change without notice. sagjii may add, modify, or remove games at any time. The unavailability of a specific game does not entitle a Player to any compensation.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, sagjii will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account balance. sagjii's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
6.3 Minimum Bet
The minimum bet entry on the sagjii Platform starts at ₱10, subject to the specific minimum stake of each individual game. Players are responsible for reviewing the bet limits of each game before placing a wager.
6.4 Void Bets
sagjii reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, placed on a game that was incorrectly configured, or placed in circumstances that sagjii reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of a system error or pricing mistake. Voided wagers will be refunded to the Player's Account balance.
07 Responsible Gaming
sagjii is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the sagjii Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

08 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sagjii Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or game logic.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing sagjii staff or other Players through any communication channel.
09 Intellectual Property
All content on the sagjii Platform — including but not limited to the sagjii name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of sagjii or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the sagjii Platform without the prior written consent of sagjii. Any unauthorized use of sagjii's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sagjii, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
- Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
- Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond sagjii's reasonable control.
sagjii's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer: The sagjii Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sagjii makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
11 Suspension & Termination
11.1 Termination by sagjii
sagjii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to sagjii. Upon termination for cause, sagjii may forfeit any Bonus Funds and void any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player after deducting any amounts owed to sagjii.
11.2 Termination by Player
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting sagjii support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
12 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit sagjii's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
13 Amendments
sagjii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the sagjii Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
